As a Chinese saying goes, born in the right era, we are fortunate to witness remarkable changes. From 1975 to 2025, Shenzhen Bus Group (SZBG) has spent 50 years forging ahead and achieving greatness. Behind its glorious history, there are countless stories of SZBG employees who have worked hard to change their destinies. We are launching the "My Story with SZBG" series to look back the unforgettable journey, relive the passion of the times, and gather strength for an even better SZBG.

我是深圳巴士集团第三分公司光明车队红芯巴士的驾驶员刘常志。每天清晨，城市还没完全苏醒，我就已经来到岗位了。作为一名公交驾驶员，保障乘客的安全和舒适，是我最大的责任。尤其是春节期间，这责任更重了——每一趟车的安全行驶，都连着千家万户的团圆和幸福，我决不能马虎。

I am Liu Changzhi, a Driver at SZBG. Every morning, I arrive on time for duty, and ensuring passenger safety is my most important responsibility, especially during the Spring Festival, which is related to the reunion of thousands of families.

2025年春节期间，客流量时多时少，调度室总能精准安排运力，我们驾驶员随时待命，一趟趟往返在城市中。看着大家带着年货、提着礼品，赶着去走亲访友，我就觉得这方向盘握得更有分量了。在站台，遇到乘客问路，我会耐心解答；看到老人、小孩上下车，我会主动扶一把，帮着提提重物。其实也没啥特别的，就是觉得每一次平稳起步、每一回准点停靠，都是对这份工作的尊重，也是对乘客的一份心意。

During the 2025 Spring Festival period, we are on standby at all times, accurately completing each transport task. Patiently answering inquiries, assisting with boarding and alighting, and every smooth drive are a sign of respect for passengers.

我们光明车队的兄弟们，都和我一样，春节没歇着。大家轮着班，握着方向盘穿梭在大街小巷，把自己的“小家”搁在一边，就想着让大伙儿出门更方便些。有人说我们是“寒冬里的温暖力量”，其实我们就是做了该做的事。能让春节的团圆之路一直通着，让大伙儿出行顺顺当当，这付出就值了。

During the Spring Festival, all colleagues in the fleet stick to their posts, shuttling through the city in shifts. Temporarily leaving our families is only to facilitate everyone's travel, making the road to reunion smooth and unobstructed.

我是一名有36年党龄的老党员，也是退伍军人。在我看来，坚守岗位就是我的“阵地”。“春节不打烊”，不是一句口号，是我们用每天的奔波、每一次停靠攒出来的。看着乘客们脸上的笑容，听着他们说“谢谢师傅”，我就觉得心里一阵暖意。能守护着城市这道流动的风景线，让大家的春节更温暖，这就是我们公交驾驶员最踏实的幸福。

As a Party member of 36 years and a military veteran, my post is my battlefield. The smiles and gratitude of passengers are the motivation for perseverance, and also our most tangible happiness.
