As a Chinese saying goes, born in the right era, we are fortunate to witness remarkable changes. From 1975 to 2025, Shenzhen Bus Group (SZBG) has spent 50 years forging ahead and achieving greatness. Behind its glorious history, there are countless stories of SZBG employees who have worked hard to change their destinies. We are launching the "My Story with SZBG" series to look back the unforgettable journey, relive the passion of the times, and gather strength for an even better SZBG.

我叫杨清娥，是深圳巴士集团第三分公司M435线的一名公交车女驾驶员。每天，我驾驶着车辆穿梭在107国道与深南大道之间，十米车厢就是我的“战场”，也是我传递温暖的地方。

My name is Yang Qing'e, and I am a female bus driver on Route M435 at SZBG's No. 3 Bus Branch. Every day, I navigate between Highway 107 and Shennan Blvd. My ten-meter-long bus cabin works as both my workplace and a space where I share warmth with passengers.

我总带着微笑迎接每一位乘客，因为我深知，方向盘不仅连接着起点与终点，更承载着大家的信任与期待。我想用女性特有的细腻和关怀，让这小小的车厢变成一个“移动的家”——平稳起步、缓速停车，多留意老年人和孩子的乘车状态，用耐心和亲和力让每个人都觉得舒适又安心。

I greet everyone with a smile, knowing that the steering wheel carries not just routes, but also trust and expectations. With a woman's attentive care, I strive to make this cabin a "moving home"—smooth acceleration, gentle stops, and extra attention to the elderly and children. It's my way of offering comfort through patience and kindness.

其实，公交驾驶这行强度大、责任重，大家总觉得是男性更适合的职业。但我们这些女驾驶员偏想用行动证明——细腻与坚韧能为这行注入新活力。复杂路况前，我们能从容应对；面对乘客，我们能用温和态度营造温馨氛围。我们就是想在繁忙交通里，用女性独有的方式，展现对工作的专业和对大家的关怀。

Bus driving is demanding, often seen as a male-dominated field. But we women drivers are proving that sensitivity and resilience bring something special to this job. We handle complex traffic with calmness and turn each ride into a warm experience. In our own way, we show that professionalism and care have no gender.

不止我，身边很多公交女职工都和我一样。我们以方向盘为画笔，勾勒着城市流动的风景线；以车厢为舞台，演绎着新时代女性的风采。有人说我们“以柔肩担重任”，其实我们只是想打破性别壁垒——你看，女性在高强度工作里一样能游刃有余。

It's not just me—many female colleagues around me are the same. We use the steering wheel as a brush, painting the city's moving scenery; we use the bus as a stage, showcasing the spirit of women in the new era. Some say we "bear heavy responsibilities with gentle shoulders," but we just want to break down gender barriers—women can also excel in high-intensity jobs.

我们做的都是平凡事，却藏着对职业的热爱与敬重。每天迎着晨曦出发，伴着夜幕返程，每个站点都是我们无声的誓言，承载着无数人对归途的期盼。我们的微笑和关怀，就像一缕缕阳光，照亮大家的出行路，也想温暖这座城市的每个角落。

What we do may seem ordinary, but it's fueled by passion and respect. We start working at dawn and go back home by night, with each stop a silent promise to bring people safely home. A smile or a kind act—these may seem small, but they bring light to the city's streets.

能和深巴人一起，用责任与担当撑起城市交通的“半边天”，让大家的出行更美好、更便捷、更安全，我觉得特别有意义。也希望我们的存在，能激励更多女性勇敢去追自己的职业梦想——毕竟，热爱可抵万难，性别从不是限制。

It means a lot to contribute to Shenzhen's mobility alongside the SZBG family. If our presence inspires more women to pursue their dreams, that's even better. After all, passion overcomes barriers—and gender is never a limitation.
